  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, billing information, and account preferences.
  • Connected Accounts (SMTP/IMAP): To provide our outreach and warmup services, you provide credentials for third-party email accounts. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are never accessible in plain text to our staff.
  • Campaign Data: We temporarily store the leads you extract and the email templates you create to execute your campaigns.
  • Usage Logs: We collect diagnostic information, IP addresses, and interaction logs to monitor the health of the Platform and prevent abuse.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Ytubemarketing service. Specifically, we use it to authenticate you, execute your extraction jobs, facilitate your outreach campaigns, and process your payments.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your extracted leads to third parties. We may share necessary data with trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle billing securely.
  • LLM Providers (e.g., OpenAI) if you enable the AI categorization or intelligent deep-extraction modes. Only anonymized comment contexts are sent; no PII from your account is shared.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Extracted leads and campaign logs are retained for 90 days before being automatically purged from our databases to conserve space. If you close your account, all your personal data, connected SMTP credentials, and custom templates are permanently deleted within 72 hours.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
